Present situation on the research of bio-diesel in China was introduced based on the comparison of physic-chemical properties of common vegetation and mineral oil,advantages and disadvantages of various production and relationship between diesel price and patents application.
在總結(jié)生物柴油的原料、生產(chǎn)方法和研究動(dòng)態(tài)的基礎(chǔ)上,比較了幾種常見(jiàn)植物油與礦物柴油的理化特性和各種生物柴油的生產(chǎn)方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及生物柴油專(zhuān)利申請(qǐng)情況與柴油價(jià)格的關(guān)系,提出:(1)幾種植物油的理化特性與柴油的相比存在一定差異,而植物油之間差異不大,它們用于生產(chǎn)生物柴油的研究方法可以相互借鑒;(2)生物柴油的研究形勢(shì)與0#柴油的價(jià)格密切相關(guān),就各種方法看,酯交換反應(yīng)法是最受關(guān)注的方法;(3)生產(chǎn)生物柴油的方法各有優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),但酯交換反應(yīng)法由于其適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、反應(yīng)條件要求不高等,是目前最經(jīng)濟(jì)最有優(yōu)勢(shì)的方法,但此法仍需改進(jìn)。
