The effect of boundary conditions on computer simulating dislocation patterns of a fatigued copper single crystals was studied by using the method of discrete dislocation dynamics in two-dimensional system.
利用二維離散位錯(cuò)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法,研究了邊界條件對計(jì)算機(jī)模擬疲勞Cu單晶位錯(cuò)花樣的影響,結(jié)果表明:邊界條件在模擬位錯(cuò)花樣這類多體問題時(shí)是非常重要的;在其它模擬機(jī)制均完全相同的情況下,不同邊界條件會(huì)形成不同的模擬結(jié)果,自由空間邊界條件是最簡單、也是最不現(xiàn)實(shí)的邊界條件,模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果相差甚遠(yuǎn);而一維最近鄰周期性邊界條件與二維近鄰周期性邊界條件的模擬結(jié)果基本相同,與Cu單晶早期疲勞位錯(cuò)花樣的實(shí)驗(yàn)比較吻合。
During cyclic deformation, the dislocation pattern formed at the early stages and its evolution were simulated by using the method of discrete dislocation dynamics and observed with the electron channeling contract (ECC) technique in scanning electron microscopy (SEM) on a single-slip- oriented copper single crystals.
采用離散的位錯(cuò)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法，用計(jì)算機(jī)模擬循環(huán)形變單滑移取向Ｃｕ單晶中疲勞早期位錯(cuò)花樣的形成和演化過程，并利用掃描電鏡電子通道襯度（ＳＥＭ—ＥＣＣ）技術(shù)對其進(jìn)行了觀察。
