In field of electroluminescence, there are two kinds of luminescence center blue have dramatically dissimilar lifetime, in the co-doped ZnS∶Cu, Mn material.
從電場引起的場致發(fā)光中發(fā)現(xiàn),在同一種材料中摻入兩種發(fā)光壽命長短相差懸殊的發(fā)光中心Cu和Mn,利用激發(fā)電源頻率的變化,明確地顯示出發(fā)光壽命短的Cu的發(fā)光與發(fā)光壽命長的Mn的發(fā)光強度之比隨頻率的增加而增大,而且也顯示了Cu的兩種發(fā)光也有這種規(guī)律。
